Meal reminders

Install compatible companion versions on the same device, plan Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Snack in myDailyTasks, and enable meal reminders and notification permission in myHealthRoutine. A meal already recorded or ticked off should not prompt again. Apple controls background delivery, so reminders and imports may not be immediate.

Records on another device

myHealthRoutine app records stay on the device where they were created and do not sync through iCloud. Use an export when you need a separate copy. Blood-pressure and pulse measurements you chose to store in Apple Health may be available there under your Apple Health settings.

Apple Health and State of Mind

Apple Health connection requires a supported iPhone or iPad and permission for the requested measurements, workouts, steps, sleep, State of Mind and heart-rate information. State of Mind timeline access requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. If an item is missing, use Review Apple Health Access in myHealthRoutine Settings, then refresh the Timeline. Apple Watch high-heart-rate notifications must also be enabled on the Watch.

myDailyTasks connections

Enable the connection in myHealthRoutine Settings and sharing for the relevant ritual in myDailyTasks. Save a linked blood-pressure reading to complete its check, or share a medication ritual from a compatible earlier version to add Timeline context. Newer workflows manage medications in myHealthRoutine. Cross-device blood-pressure receipts have a separate myHealthRoutine Cloud Sync control; production delivery is not yet verified. Planned-meal reminders use the shared plan on the same device.

Medication and vitamin groups

Open Settings and choose Medications or Vitamins to save an item and its optional morning, afternoon and evening tablet counts. From Today, choose Record Medication or Record Vitamin, then select a single item or a group. Expand a medication and vitamin group in the Timeline to see its individual entries. Review the selection before saving. Recorded doses stay as entered; the app does not calculate or suggest a dose.

Three-reading sessions

Three readings and use average is the default for new users; you can change it in Settings or for a new session. The three circles show your progress, and each recorded reading replaces its number with a tick. Press Next after the first two readings for the 30-second wait. Save Readings keeps all three in History and shows their average in the Timeline.

Timeline filters

Choose all activities, blood pressure only, or more than one activity type. Search narrows the selected activities. Medications and vitamins share groups by day and recorded period; expand a group to see individual records.

Food and nutrition

Open Today → Food & nutrition. Search the offline USDA catalogue, choose a portion or gram weight and save your food. Review daily nutrient totals or delete a diary entry. Generic food profiles may differ from your recipe or brand; unavailable nutrient values are not treated as zero.

Caffeine, alcohol and sugar

Use a preset or custom amount on Today, then review or edit entries in the intake log. Insights shows daily totals and any separately enabled Apple Health totals from other apps. Food diary entries do not automatically add to these quick logs.

Customise Today

Choose which areas appear and their order in Settings. Hiding an area keeps its records and you can show it again at any time.

Reminders

Check notification permission before relying on reminders. Reminders are not emergency alerts.

Apple Watch

Confirm the Watch app is installed and paired with the iPhone that creates your reminders.

Reports and exports

Choose a trusted destination for files containing health information, and confirm the selected Insights period first.

Email support@mybphealth.app. Please avoid including readings, medication names or other health details unless they are needed to explain the issue.

Previously myBPHealth

A new name, a wider health journal.

Why did myBPhealth become myHealthRoutine?

The name reflects the wider journal: readings, medications, vitamins, symptoms, everyday events and routines. Blood pressure remains part of the app. The legal operator remains Cyber AI Insights Pty Ltd.

Do existing users need to move anything for the website change?

No app-data transfer is required to visit the new website. mybphealth.app website links redirect to myhealthroutine.app. This website migration does not access or move records stored inside your installed app.

What happens to my existing records?

App records remain managed by your installed app on that device. The full journal is not an iCloud backup. This website change is not a guarantee that records can be restored after deleting the app, replacing a device or installing a different build. Before making those changes, review the exports available in your version and contact support if you need help. An exported report or CSV is a separate copy, not a promise of full app restore.

Where do I download the app or get help?

Use the verified myHealthRoutine App Store listing, Support or Privacy policy. The established email address is still support@mybphealth.app. Check What’s new for the journal, food, intake and recording tools.
